Very sharp

The items arrived fast. We have looked for a quality knife for a long time. These Opinel stainless steel blades cut thru everything like butter. Very pleased with their performance. One needs to practice care when using because of the sharpness.

If I could rate 6 stars I would. Great every day knives that I’m not worried about just throwing in the drawer. I recommend sharpening before your first use.

These knives are very nicely made, I really like the quality and design. Also, it is nice to have something different from what is sold all over the US and what you see in every other kitchen. I think these are relatively unique.

Bought a whole set of these on the official Opinel site, and hated them so much I had to write a review. While the design is cute, the steel on these is absolutely terrible; they get as dull as butter knives after a week's use. Go with Victorinox or Wusthof instead.

Good for the price. I love those pocket knives. Steel quality is good the wooden handle can get waterlogged or water damaged and need some TLC.
