  Il coupe très bien. Son manche en plastique est parfait et hygiénique. J’aime bien la marque opinel mais les manches en bois pas top pour la cuisine et ils se dégradent au lave vaisselle. Celui-ci est parfait.

  I was looking for a paring knife to replace a Parapluie paring knife whose wooden handle is falling apart after years of use. If the Opinel holds an edge like the Parapluie I'll be a happy camper. The plastic handle should hold up a bit better as well.

  The media could not be loaded. Very sharp that’s the main thing, but the knife doesn’t have a good feel to it and as u can see snapped after a few months

  Das Messer kam wie von Amazon gewohnt zügig und gut verpackt bei mir an. Der Polymergriff fasst sich weich an und liegt für ein kleines Messer recht angenehm in der Hand. Leider war auf einer Seite der Schneide ein deutlicher Grat zu spüren. Dieser ließ sich aber mit wenig Aufwand mit einem Schleifstein und dem Abziehleder entfernen. Nun ist das Messer fast so scharf, sodass sich Armhaare rasieren lassen. Des Weiteren wird das Messer auf Amazon viel zu teuer angeboten (12,79€), wohingegen es bei Opinel selbst 6,40€ kostet (Stand 02.11.23). Aus den oben genannten Gründen ziehe ich zwei Sterne ab.

  ✔️ Le couteau arrive dans une sorte de blister fait d'une feuille de carton prisonnière de deux bandes de scotch, efficace et pratique car facile à déballer sans laisser de trace de colle sur la lame.✔️ La lame en acier MA5 est superbe, l'émouture est parfaitement réalisée, la coupe est très bonne 👍🏻‍✔️ Le manche est en polymère coloré qui résiste bien au lave-vaisselle✔️ En terme d'ergonomie ont retrouve celle des très célèbres n° 102 (carbone) et 112 (inox MA5) de nos grands et arrières-grands parents donc SUPER 👌🏻✔️ L'entretien est facile car cet acier n'est pas capricieux... Je vous conseille le double aiguisoir Victorinox (https://www.amazon.fr/dp/B000AR7AKG)Comme vous l'aurez sans doute compris, je valide et recommande les yeux fermés surtout si comme moi vous achetez ce couteau 6€ port compris 👍🏻‍

  Das kleine Messer ist gut verarbeitet. Der Kunststoff Griff ist sauber angesetzt. Der elastische Klingenstahl ist nicht sehr hart. Die Schäfe " out of the box" könnte wirklich besser sein. Das nach schleifen ist einfach. Insgesamt hatte ich von einer Firma wie Optinel doch mehr erwartet.
