Original set was gifted to me 8-10 years ago. It was time to replace them. These are not cheap but are the best steak knives I’ve ever owned

Very nice knife set. The blades were incredibly sharp and work well. I saw these advertised in the NY Times as being dishwater safe, however on the box it recommends hand washing. So far, we have washed these in the dishwasher multiple times with no ill effects.

Bought these because I'm a fan of 12c27 knives (Mora) and thought it would be great to have some for use at the dinner table. These look great but unfortunately arrived with huge burrs down each blade, making them useless for cutting. Luckily, we have a half dozen different sharpening stone and know how to sharpen knives, but I assume most consumers don't so this might be a let down upon arrival. You don't usually expect to spend the evening sharpening the barn new knives you just received.

Suchte genau diese Messerlänge für den Alltag.Die kommen (ich weiß, soll man nicht:-)) in die Spülmaschine, bisher keine Leistungseinbußen. Sie sind schön scharf und auch für Steaks gut geeignet. Genauso sind sie aber für Gemüse, Brot und sonstige Lebensmittel geeignet.Kaufe sie auf jeden Fall wieder!

Verpackung sieht ein bisschen wie für Wachsmalstifte aus, aber die Messer sind trotz ihrer Buntheit richtig schick und schneiden prima durch unsere Steaks und Braten - auch wenn sie mal nicht ganz so zart ausfallen wie sie sollten.
